I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls. When I went in the told me it would take about an hour for the repair. I was there for 3 hours. No one ever came to me as I sat waiting for the repairs to tell me it would be longer. After 3 hours they told me only one repair was done as the other parts for the other recall were not there. Top notch salesman like JD who made placing the order of my new truck a breeze, and getting all extras ordered to be ready for delivery. Shop foreman Scott Dietz and his team of highly capable technicians had all the upgrades and extras on and looking perfect at delivery. I could’ve ordered my first brand new vehicle anywhere, but Milnes Ford has the personal attention to detail that a lot of other dealerships lack.

I purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago. The salesman I dealt with was very nice. But unfortunately about two weeks later, I realized my car was burning oil badly. The owner, Blake, contacted me regarding an issue I had with Jake the assistant service manager. My AC wasn’t working, brought it in and it was “fixed”. Not only was it their clerical department a joke, but worse was that as soon as I drove the vehicle off the lot the airbag light came on and the brakes were making a grinding noise that they hadn't been making when I test drove it. Salesman Kase and sales manager Ken were dishonest, unprofessional, lacked customer service basics. Drove 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle only to learn a literal laundry list of things wrong with the vehicle. That wasn’t the worst. I have three vehicles serviced at Milnes Ford; a 2009 F-150, a 2013 Focus and a 2015 Expedition. Most recently, the F-150 had a tune-up performed along with the repair of a minor electrical issue. Service Advisor Tim kept me apprised of the status of the maintenance and repairs. Took my car to body shop . they did everything I asked and more. and got my oil change and other service done to. very helpful. they told me when it would be done and everything they said came true. I am very happy. I hope not to need baby shop again but if I do I will be back here.

Our lease could not have gone any better. Cody Paehlig our sales rep found the exact car we were looking for. The right color and options. They had to trade with another dealership but did so without any delay in our lease being processed. Cody and the dealership had all the paperwork done in advance so there was no waiting on our end. I responded to an add on autotrader.com. The car was listed as a GMC Envoy with Leather and an SLT. I flew in from Wisconsin and when I went to view the car it was not the same car as shown. THe car was listed as leather and it had cloth. It was listed as an SLT and was not. The manager insisted it was an SLT and was sitting near an SLT and was obviously not. After laying down nearly 20k cash to buy a Certified 2013 escape in March I quickly started having problems. Eric was as accommodating as he could possibly be. He took calls, emails, and texts on his day off. When we needed the car earlier than planned, he helped prep the car himself, so we could take it.
