Shop foreman Scott Dietz and his team of highly capable technicians had all the upgrades and extras on and looking perfect at delivery. I have three vehicles serviced at Milnes Ford; a 2009 F-150, a 2013 Focus and a 2015 Expedition. Most recently, the F-150 had a tune-up performed along with the repair of a minor electrical issue. Service Advisor Tim kept me apprised of the status of the maintenance and repairs. Took my car to body shop . they did everything I asked and more. and got my oil change and other service done to. very helpful. they told me when it would be done and everything they said came true. I am very happy. I hope not to need baby shop again but if I do I will be back here.
After several bad experiences dealing with mega dealerships I have found extremely friendly atmosphere and service with Milnes. I have dealt with them for several years and purchased and leased several vehicles, all of which have been excellent and friendly service. Our lease could not have gone any better. Cody Paehlig our sales rep found the exact car we were looking for. The right color and options. They had to trade with another dealership but did so without any delay in our lease being processed. Cody and the dealership had all the paperwork done in advance so there was no waiting on our end. Eric was as accommodating as he could possibly be. He took calls, emails, and texts on his day off. When we needed the car earlier than planned, he helped prep the car himself, so we could take it. Rhonda was great taking care of the paperwork. She was as quick as possible, but made sure we had everything we needed.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion there a year-and-a-half ago and have had excellent service ever since including members of the staff going out of their way to make sure things were done above and beyond what is expected. Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around but especially in the service department who I had the most contact with.
I did not purchase a vehicle this time, payments weren't acceptable for my budget, but Rhonda went to great lengths to try and accomodate my situation. Very friendly and hard working young lady but we just couldn't close the gap on price and payments.

What an excellent experience I had working with Rhonda and all the staff at Milnes Ford. She was doing some heavy multi-tasking but managed to never miss a beat.
